Certified Neurodiversity Coach (ATTUNED); MSc Psychology;
Qualifications
MSc Psychology, ATTUNED Neurodiversity Coaching
Like many of my clients, I spent years trying strategies that were designed for neurotypical brains. I was deeply self-aware, but nothing worked. When I finally discovered approaches that worked WITH my ADHD brain instead of against it, everything changed. I was no longer fighting against myself. Multiple years as a professional musician, lecturer and learning support have given me a combination of creative, academic and digital life management skills. Now, I combine my ATTUNED Neurodiversity Affirming Coaching training and Psychology MSc (in progress) with my lived ADHD experience to create that same transformation for others – providing practical, compassionate support. No more “just try harder” when you’re already trying your hardest.
