My name is Alayna, I’m an English & German native-speaker ans besides a range of other roles in my past years, I’ve trained to become a Neurodiversity Coach with ATTUNED.

My coaching style is authentic, collaborative, and unhurried. I bring curiosity and warmth rather than a fixed agenda, and I’m not afraid to sit with you in the messy parts before jumping to solutions.

Together we explore the full palette of your neurodivergent traits and needs, untangling what is uniquely yours. I support you in building understanding of your own neurology, finding the confidence to advocate for your needs, and growing trust in yourself. Not despite who you are, but because of it. You are every bit as capable, and every bit as deserving of happiness, as anyone else.
