About
Hi, I am Michela, a London-based Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Coach whose practice is shaped by both professional training and my own lived experience as a neurodivergent adult and mum to a neurodivergent teenager.
I work with neurodivergent adults, especially Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD individuals, who want to understand themselves more deeply and create a life that feels steadier, clearer, and more sustainable.
People usually come to me through one of three places. Some are looking to make sense of their patterns and reconnect with parts of themselves that have been overlooked, seeking space to explore their neurodivergence with clarity, compassion, and genuine support. Others are living with persistent tiredness, brain fog, or a loss of rhythm, sensing that something bigger is happening beneath the surface, whether that is burnout, a life transition, or longer-term health challenges. And some already understand the connections between their wellbeing and their neurodivergence, but find that keeping supportive habits going is genuinely hard, with executive function, shifting energy, and sensory overwhelm getting in the way.
My approach meets these realities with a whole-person lens, integrating wellbeing, emotional clarity, and neurodiversity-affirming support.
Sessions blend reflective exploration, practical tools for everyday life, and gentle breath and body-based practices that support regulation and grounding.
The process honours sensory needs, communication preferences, and the rhythms that shape each person’s days. It is always collaborative, non-judgemental, and rooted in curiosity rather than pressure.
Coaching with me becomes a steady, low-pressure space shaped around how you naturally think and feel, a relationship built on respect and attunement where you can explore what feels authentic and true without having to work to be understood.
If this sounds like the kind of support you have been looking for, I would love to hear from you.
