Trainee coaches may cancel their enrolment in the ATTUNED Neurodiversity Coach Training program up to 14 days after the course start date. In the event of a cancellation within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided, but trainees may have the option to defer their enrolment to a future course cohort, subject to availability and at the discretion of ATTUNED.
If for any reason ATTUNED does not run the course, or if the course is cancelled by ATTUNED, all enrolled trainee coaches will be entitled to a full refund. ATTUNED will make every effort to notify participants as early as possible if cancellation or non-delivery of the course becomes necessary.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. However, ATTUNED will provide access to catch-up materials for any sessions missed, ensuring that all trainees can stay up to date with the course content.
Trainees who are unable to continue with the current cohort may request to defer their enrolment to a future course. Deferrals will be granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability in future cohorts and approval by ATTUNED.
