We’ve grown SO MUCH in our first year – we’re currently updating our website with all we offer. If you have a specific question in the meantime – get in touch!
At ATTUNED, we specialise in a neurodiversity-affirming approach grounded in lived experience, research, and professional insight. Our work draws from deep roots in neuroscience, psychology, and real-world practice, centring the voices and needs of neurodivergent individuals and their families. These webinars are part of our ongoing commitment to supporting connection, understanding, and practical tools for navigating neurodivergent life—whether you’re a parent, teacher, professional, or neurodivergent yourself.
ATTUNED is a neuroaffirmative model rooted in lived experience, professional insight, and a deep respect for neurodivergent ways of being. We prioritise holistic, ethical, and validating support that honours the whole person, sensory systems, nervous system regulation, identity, and environment. As founders of ATTUNED, we (Emma and Lisa) are committed to delivering all sessions ourselves, ensuring every webinar reflects our values of integrity, compassion, and deep attunement to neurodivergent needs.
Who am I, really?
For many neurodivergent people, identity isn’t something you “return to”… it’s something you’re discovering for the very first time.
This two-hour CPD webinar explores how traditional developmental models often miss the mark for ND individuals, especially when identity has been shaped by masking, external expectations, or chronic invalidation.
We introduce the Spiral of Becoming, a neuroaffirming reframe of Maslow’s hierarchy that recognises the non-linear, layered, and adaptive nature of neurodivergent growth.
You’ll learn:

Rejection Sensitivity is a powerful and often misunderstood aspect of neurodivergent experience. Drawing from our own practice and research, this session offers a grounded, compassionate exploration of how rejection sensitivity shows up in everyday life and relationships. Learn what fuels it, how it impacts the nervous system, and what supports regulation and acceptance.

This webinar explores intimacy through a somatosensory and neuroaffirming lens , looking at how sensory perception, body awareness, and communication differences shape our experiences of closeness, pleasure, and consent. We’ll unpack how autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent nervous systems process touch and stimulation differently, and how understanding these differences can transform not only physical intimacy but emotional connection too.
Rather than “fixing” difficulties, we’ll reframe them as differences , exploring how curiosity, sensory literacy, and creative communication can help build safe, fulfilling, and authentic intimacy.
You’ll leave with:
✨ A deeper understanding of neurodivergent sensory processing in sexual and intimate contexts
✨ Insight into interoception, body awareness, and sensory regulation
✨ Tools for communication, consent, and co-regulation that honour neurodivergent needs
✨ Practical strategies for creating connection that feels safe, affirming, and pleasurable
Because when we understand our unique sensory and neurological wiring, intimacy stops being something we “get right” , and becomes something we co-create.
