ATTUNED neurodiversity coaching is a brand new training programme providing a high standard of neurodiversity training for coaches wanting to work with neurodivergent children, teens or adults.
The ATTUNED Approach ethos of a neuro-affirming coaching approach for neurodivergent clients is centred on collaboration, respect, and the recognition of each individual’s unique strengths and perspectives.

Highly Accredited Neurodivergent Coach Training
We are accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC) at Certificate level. This makes us one of the highest accredited training courses for neurodivergent coaches in the UK.
Courses that are accredited by the Association for Coaching meet the comprehensive coach training standards, including:
- The application of the Coaching Competency Framework
- Works within the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors ethical guidelines
- Provides practical experience
Our training includes mandatory courses on Autism and ADHD before the coaching starts to ensure all our coaches have a solid foundation knowledge of neurodiversity. Additional courses are also available after completion to further enhance knowledge on neurodiversity.
